2016 Timetable?
What’s coming? This Autumn we’ll be piloting some things you’ve asked for in addition to Pole Fitness. There’ll be taster classes for ‘Aerial Hoop’, and also a chance to try Hatha Yoga (in hammocks if you like – how ‘Aerial’ is that?) So check new Wednesday and Thursday timetables for coming weeks, and by the New Year we’ll know what you want most.
