We’ll be back just as soon as is sensible, once the virus has cleared from London. No cases yet among people we know, but if you do get ill your fitness should keep it quite mild – so don’t be too happy and spread it! Lots of advice online about how to keep up your core fitness with no classes around, and our lovely trainers will be messaging their own specific hints and fun, so stay tuned. As things get better, we’ll be contacting everyone to say how we’ll be celebrating the Summer. See you as soon as we can!
