Doug is an aerialist and neuroscientist.
He is a pole and aerial instructor and performer and trained as a hoop aerialist at the National Centre for Circus Arts in London.
As a pole artist, Doug took part in various major pole competitions, being the runner up at Pole Art UK 2019 (male category), was a finalist at Pole Theatre UK 2022 and 2023 (Pro Category) and is the current reigning champion of Heir to the Chrome (HTTC 2021 – Instructor Category).
He likes combining strength, flexibility and unusual transitions in his routines and classes.
Having not come from a dance or gymnastics background, Doug believes that pole is for everybody and anyone can do this!
